Some think chocolate is pure magic and the "perfect" elixir. One delicious taste and all your problems are solved.
We jump into new things with high expectations -- hoping to gain new powers and instant solutions.
What do you ask yourself when you buy chocolate? How dark is it? How much sugar? How much cacao? Where is it from? Who makes it? Is it "fair trade"? Is it organic? How does it taste?
We all like different flavors... that's why the chocolate shelf is well-stocked with choices. So take a moment to check your desires and expectations about different forms of personal development, including our mix of choices within our trainings. Even magic takes practice!
"Only one chocolate is the answer, mine has 77% cacao!"
"I had a problem with chocolate in my childhood"
By changing the way you organize your perception, you'll find new ways to resolve dilemmas you face. Using these tools and becoming truly competent does take practice. You gain a shift in attitude, more options and more responsibility for your new choices. When you come and play with us, you'll be responsible for your own states and moods, and for having empathy and curiosity about your newcompanions.
*If you seek psychotherapy then please continue your research for the right kind of assistance.
"I simply don't like chocolate"
Others close to you will, however, get the message that chocolate matters TO YOU. And you will be able to ask better questions such as: "if they don't like chocolate… then what do they really want and enjoy?"
And then we invite you to find or create it together!
