How can you move from insight to sustainable change?

Insight is great, for starters. A wonderful place to begin. But analysis and IQ is not enough. We need to add in some EQ and PQ to get the results we want.

Science tells us that we have many layers of physical (neural) patterns to re-shape in order to get lasting change. Part of lasting change is forging new links between different parts of the mind and brain.

Memories, for example, are sprinkled around our physical brains. They are not in one tidy spot, or snapshot. We weave lots of neurons together every time we call up a memory.

Similarly our images of goals (our "future" memories) are spread throughout our minds. So when we make lasting changes, it's important to create strong new links to our future. And create new patterns that will automatically work to get us there.

Advanced intelligence techniques include practice, and the practice is best when you work with others who give you useful rapid responses. That's why we say our trainings are similar to a martial arts studio, a dojo.
